Terms are COD cashiers check,
company check with authorization, and corporate purchase orders.
International sales require prepayment of a certified bank check prior to
shipping. Checks and PO are made out in
the name of Arendt Enterprises. For customers wanting terms, please

Warranties are limited to the
manufacturer’s warranty. Usually, the manufacturer’s web site
will tell you the length of the warranty. Arendt Enterprises Custom Built
PC’s carry a (1) One Year On-Site Parts and Labor Warranty.
Our return policy is that
product that is returned to Arendt Enterprises is subject to a 15%
restocking fee. This is not a money making scheme; it is simply expensive
to process returned merchandise. Furthermore, we now have used merchandise
which we cannot sell as new. Therefore, be careful when making your
selection. Product must be returned complete with all manuals, cables etc.
in the original box with the original packing. In addition, returned
product must have an RMA# that is obtained from Arendt Enterprises clearly
visible on the outside of the box. Product that is returned without an RMA#
will be returned to you. This is done so that we can accurately track your
returned product and credit you as quickly as possible.
